We are a small, thoughtfully curated workspace set within a converted Coach House. With just 8 desks across two floors, we offer Members a quieter, more focused alternative to busy coworking environments.

The Concept

This is not coworking as usual.

The Coach House is designed for people who want to get on with their work, without noise, hot-desking or constant distraction.

It’s a space for independent professionals who value calm, consistency and a respectful working environment.

The Space

Set across two floors of a converted Coach House, the space is intentionally small.

Four desks downstairs, four upstairs.
A shared kitchen and meeting room.

Natural light, simple surroundings, and a shared understanding that this is a place for focused work.

Who It Suits

The Coach House suits people who have outgrown working from home or cafés, and who don’t feel at ease in larger coworking spaces.

Our Members are independent professionals - designers, writers, consultants, and small business owners who value having a place to work that feels settled, calm and considered.
